  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications will be error-free. Minor variations may occur.

3. Orders, Bookings, and Payments

  • All orders and event bookings must be paid in full (or deposit if applicable) before they are confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or booking that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout or booking confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • For products, shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • For event services, clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery, venue, and access details. Additional charges may apply for delays, waiting times, or access issues.

5. Warranty

  • Taps On Wheels products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Details can be found in our Warranty Policy. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or damages outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taps On Wheels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site, products, or services.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in dispute.
