Warranty Coverage 

1. What is Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage begins on the original purchase date.

Duration: 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase.

During this period, Coldbreak may, at its option:

Repair the product with new or refurbished parts, or

Replace the product with the same or a similar model (new or refurbished).

Applies only to Coldbreak-branded products purchased from authorized retailers or directly from the Coldbreak online store.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage or installation, poor maintenance, or modifications.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.

Damage caused by use with non-Coldbreak products or accessories.

Damage due to events beyond Coldbreak’s reasonable control (fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, etc.).

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

Products that have been opened, altered, or repaired by anyone not authorized by Coldbreak.

3. Limited to Original Owner

Warranty applies only to the original owner; it is not transferable.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other documentation) is required to obtain service.

Valid only within the United States, unless the product was purchased from an authorized international distributor. In that case, the warranty terms of that distributor will apply.
